In Ukraine, air raid sirens went off all over the country starting before dawn on Friday morning. Russia had fired 20 cruise missiles and two drones at targets Ukraine. One strike hit a residential building in the city of Uman, killing at least 21 people. Meanwhile, Ukraine is preparing for a long-awaited spring counteroffensive against Russian invaders.
