Russia attacks targets in eastern Ukraine in second phase of war

In Southern Ukraine, some people are fleeing the besieged port city of Mariupol. Yesterday, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said that a first group of 100 people were being evacuated from the Azovstal steel plant. At the same time, Russia continues to bombard Ukraine as most of its ground troops are concentrated in the eastern Donbas region.
