More than 80 years ago, Jews living in Riga, Latvia, were rounded up and marched into the forest. Then, German troops forced them into pits and shot them. The Rumbula Massacre is one of the darkest moments in Jewish history. The World’s Daniel Ofman attended a remembrance in Riga.
