Congresswoman Norma Torres, a Democrat who represents California’s 35th district, was in the House chamber when the Capitol was breached on Wednesday. She told The World’s Carol Hills that what has stayed in her mind since then is “how little [her] life is worth to people like President Trump.” She tells The World who needs to be held accountable and how the Biden administration can prevent homeland security breaches like this one from reoccurring.
