Remembering Bill Withers

The World

Legendary songwriter Bill Withers died of a heart attack at 81. His classic, “Lean on Me” has seen a revival lately: It’s become an anthem sung out of windows and front doors and roof tops – by those wanting to cheer on the medical workers who are working long days and nights to help in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic.
