Putin (finally) congratulates Biden on US election victory

Today Russian President Vladimir Putin congratulated US President-elect Joe Biden on winning the US election. Putin was one of the last world leaders to acknowledge Biden’s election victory. Despite the delay, Putin said in a statement he wished the President-elect “every success.” He also said, “For my part, I am ready for interaction and contacts with you.” But US-Russian relations are currently at a low point. So how will Biden approach Russia early in his administration? Host Marco Werman talks with Moscow-based reporter Charles Maynes.
