Puerto Ricans have experienced 11 significant earthquakes in the past 40 days. That’s in addition to thousands of smaller tremors. The string of quakes has rocked southwestern towns and cities on the island. Businessman Luis Echevarria lives near the epicenter. He tells host Marco Werman how residents are struggling to cope.
