Services and memorials took place across the country this past weekend. But a decade on, a number of buildings that were destroyed in the quake have yet to be rebuilt, leaving many Haitians frustrated, hungry and homeless. Anti-government protesters interrupted a visit from the president and an international delegation to the country’s largest mass grave on Sunday.
