In the US, it’s called upskirting. In South Korea, it’s called “molka.” And it’s not just someone taking a photo up a women’s skirt on a subway platform. Minji Lee of the BBC’s Korean Service says it’s also hidden cameras in public bathrooms. In June, thousands of women turned out to protest.
