President Biden’s executive orders on climate

President Joe Biden on Wednesday called climate change one of the “cascading crises” America faces as he takes office. His first day as president reflects that urgency. Not long after being sworn in, Biden plans to sign an order to rejoin the Paris climate agreement and issue sweeping executive orders to reverse the Trump administration’s legacy of environmental deregulation. The World’s environment correspondent Carolyn Beeler has more.
