Polish prime minister struggles to follow through on overturning abortion ban

Poland has some of the strictest abortion laws in Europe. Donald Tusk, the new Polish prime minister, pledged to change those laws within his first 100 days of office. The deadline is  March 22 but, so far, a near total ban on abortion remains in place. The World’s Europe correspondent Orla Barry reports.
