Back in April 2019, Polish activists Elzbieta, Anna, and Joanna hung up posters of the Virgin Mary with a rainbow halo in front of a Catholic church in Plock. They now face up to two years in prison. LGBTQ advocates say the women’s freedom of expression is being curtailed. The World’s Bianca Hillier reports.
