While many governments have postponed elections, Poland’s are just a week away. Polish opposition in parliament says the presidential elections need to be postponed because of the COVID-19 lockdown. But the right-wing ruling party, Law and Justice or PiS, is pushing for elections to continue on May 10 with a bit of a catch — they want the vote to be held entirely by postal ballot.
