Philippines police leaders urged to resign in latest drug crackdown

The Philippine government is urging hundreds of top police officials to resign after a probe found a handful of officers were involved in the narcotics trade. Filipino police have been waging a war on drugs, which was started by former President Rodrigo Duterte and has been continued by current leader Ferdinand Marcos. The World’s host Carol Hills discusses the drug war with Ruben Carranza who is an attorney and senior expert with the International Center for Transitional Justice in New York.
