Peruvians will choose a new president this Sunday, amid one of the biggest economic downturns of the pandemic across Latin America. The World’s Latin America correspondent Jorge Valencia reports from one of the poorest hillsides surrounding the capital of Lima, where neighbors are figuring out a way to keep each other fed.
