Pentagon issues report on civilian deaths in 2017

 The Pentagon just came out with its report on the number of civilians killed in 2017 in places where the US is fighting, including Raqqa, the former ISIS stronghold Syria. An independent report by Amnesty International shows much higher casualty figures. Carol Hills examines the discrepancy with Donatella Rovera of Amnesty International.
