With major world powers retreating to their separate corners to combat the corona outbreak, prospects for multilateral diplomacy seem dim. Susan Rice, national security advisor during President Barack Obama’s second term and former US ambassador to the UN tells The World’s Marco Werman that the risk of a breakdown in US-China relations is especially worrisome.
