Oxford English Dictionary cannot decide one ‘word of the year’

Every year, the folks at Oxford University Press choose a word of the year that encapsulates the mood or ethos of the previous 12 months. But this year, they couldn’t choose one. So they identified language trends instead. Marco Werman has more.
