Four police officers in the Mexican tourist city of Tulum have been charged with femicide after an El Salvadoran woman was killed while in their custody. Video footage circulating online shows Victoria Esperanza Salazar pinned face down with an officer kneeling on her back. An autopsy has confirmed that Salazar died from a broken neck.
