Oil tanker boarded by pirates still missing

A Danish oil tanker was boarded by pirates on Saturday and is now the object of an international search. Host Marco Werman speaks with Assis Malaquias, Dean of the Africa Center for Strategic Studies at the National Defense University, about the capture of the tanker ship Monjasa Reformer. The capture raises questions about the state of maritime security in the Gulf of Guinea, off the western coast of Africa.
