State broadcasters have unveiled a new crime thriller called, “The Prosecutor’s Office.” While most North Korean entertainment is said to be dull-as-rocks propaganda, The World’s Patrick Winn reports that this new show excites, with some spicy dialogue and R-rated murder scenes.
