North Korea cuts communication with the South

The North Korean government on Tuesday said it was ending all communications with South Korea. The sticking point appears to be the issue of human rights activists in the South sending leaflets into the North. This is just another development for a deteriorating relationship between the two Koreas. The World’s Matthew Bell reports.
