North and South Korea resume communications

North and South Korea are talking again. According to recent reports, the two countries are in talks to reopen a joint liaison office that Pyongyang demolished last year. They also hope to hold a summit between their two leaders, South Korean President Moon Jae-in and North Korean leader Kim Jong-un. This is all part of an effort of restoring relations between the two countries. Host Marco Werman speaks with Jenny Town, a Korea specialist, senior fellow at the Stimson Center and the Director of the 38 North program.
