Nobel Peace Prize winner cleared of tax evasion by Philippine court

A court in Manila has acquitted journalist Maria Ressa and Rappler, the online investigative news site she started, of tax evasion charges. The case is one of several brought against Ressa by the government of former Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte. Ashley Westerman reports from Manila that the acquittal is being seen as a victory for press freedom in the country.
