A new law in Spain was intended to impose heavier sentences and penalties for those convicted of sexual assault and harassment. But some people convicted of sexual abuse are actually receiving lighter sentences as a result of the law, and getting off early even if they were convicted before the law went into effect. Gerry Hadden reports from Barcelona on the outcry facing the newly enacted legislation.
