Yemen’s warring sides agreed on Sunday to exchange more than 1,000 prisoners of war, marking the first phase of a prisoner-release plan reached earlier this year. Yara Khawaja, spokesperson for the International Committee of the Red Cross in Yemen, tells host Marco Werman how the prisoner swap will be managed.
