Borders across Europe may be closed to international travelers, but that hasn’t stopped migrants from making perilous sea journeys from Libya to try and reach Europe. One rescue vessel with 180 migrants aboard has been stranded off the coast of Italy for a week. The World’s host Carol Hills talks to the medical team leader on the ship about the mounting tensions.
