Meanwhile in Italy, Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni has pursued harsh measures toward migrants and the nongovernmental organizations that try to rescue them at sea. John Last reports from Padua, Italy, that these measures in Italy and Greece are still not stopping people from attempting the treacherous journey.
