Mexico’s president downplays COVID-19 diagnosis

Mexican President Andrés Manuel López Obrador said Tuesday he had a sore throat after testing positive for COVID-19 for a second time, and downplayed the illness, saying “it’s like a cold.” The World’s Latin America correspondent Jorge Valencia reports.
