Mexico, a country with 95,000 missing persons, remembers its biggest champion of the disappeared 

Leaders across Mexico, from the president to members of congress to human rights leaders are remembering Rosario Ibarra, who died Saturday and was the country’s most visible champion of the disappeared. As The World’s Latin America correspondent Jorge Valencia reports, the country’s number of missing persons is higher than it’s ever been.
