Meet the new owner of the Miss Universe pageant

The World

Meet the new boss of the Miss Universe pageant, who’s very different from the old one. Anne Jakrajutatip, the world’s third-richest transgender person, according to Forbes, is a Thai media tycoon and celebrity. She recently bought the Miss Universe pageant, following in the footsteps of Donald Trump, its most-famous former owner. The World’s Patrick Winn reports.
