In just two days, nearly 1,200 migrants were rescued from overcrowded boats and from the sea as they tried to cross over from Libya to Italy. There’s been an upsurge in the numbers of people making the most dangerous migration route in the world since the beginning of the year. Alan Ruiz Terol reports on the difficulties faced by humanitarian organizations rescuing people.
