Medical infrastructure in Gaza verging on collapse 

Even before the recent fighting between Israel and Hamas, the Gaza Strip’s medical infrastructure was verging on collapse. And now things are even more dire. The World’s Marco Werman spoke with Dr. Nidal Abu Hadrous, head of neurosurgery at the European Gaza Hospital, about what it was like to treat patients during the fighting and what the situation is like now.
