 There’s a surge of measles outbreaks all over the world. Italian children have been told not to turn up to school unless they can prove they have been vaccinated. Meanwhile, the Philippines is experiencing one of the worst cases of measles there. Host Marco Werman speaks with  Doctor Manuel Dayrit, the dean of the Ateneo School of Medicine and Public Health in Manila, about how the Philippines can tackle this epidemic. Dr. Dayrit previously served at the Minister of Public Health.
