Massive hack or routine espionage? 

US lawmakers have called Russia’s recent digital espionage operation “virtually a declaration of war” on the United States. Other observers consider the hack “routine espionage” not unlike the sort of spying the NSA conducts on foreign governments. The World’s Marco Werman talks with Dmitri Alperovitch, co-founder of CrowdStrike, a cybersecurity firm that helped find the Russians in the Democratic National Committee systems four years ago.
