Madagascar faces worst drought in four decades

Southern Madagascar is in crisis. The region is facing its worst drought in four decades, and more than a million people there are facing acute food insecurity. The World’s Marco Werman speaks to Arduino Mangoni, who is with the World Food Program, about how the pandemic has made it even harder for people to receive aid.  He’s based in Madagascar’s capital Antananarivo.
