Growing locust swarms continue to plague the Horn of Africa with no apparent end in sight. Ethiopia, Kenya and Somalia have appealed to the international community for $76 million to double the use of aerial pesticide spraying. Their hope is to save the upcoming spring harvest season. Host Marco Werman speaks with Fatouma Seid, the UN Food and Agriculture Organization’s representative to Ethiopia.
