Local Scottish elections raise question of independence from UK 

Local elections in Scotland on Thursday could be the most important in the nation’s history. The outcome could renew pressure for another referendum to secure Scottish independence from the United Kingdom. Andrew Connelly reports from the border between Scotland and England that people on both sides of the line are divided.
