Living in a landmark

The World

La Pedrera is one of Spanish architect Antoni Gaudí’s most iconic buildings in Barcelona. A sweeping arc of grey stone, all curves. It’s a tourist landmark attracting around a million visitors a year. When Gaudi built it a century ago, it was a block of rented apartments. The surprising thing? A few residents still call it home, as the BBC’s Sergi Forcada has been finding out.
