Lam withdraws extradition bill, but protesters aren’t appeased

Carrie Lam, the chief executive of Hong Kong, announced that an extradition bill that sparked weeks-long protests would formally be withdrawn. But it’s only one of five demands the protesters have — and many are saying too little, too late. Demonstrations are expected to continue. The World’s Patrick Winn weighs in.
