Lack of toilets and sanitation causes disease and danger in Ghana

Only 1 in 7 homes in Ghana have toilet facilities. And the lack of access to toilets and sanitation leads to widespread disease, as well as danger, particularly for women who must leave their houses to use outdoor facilities. Ridwan Karim Dini-Osman reports on the problem in the capital Accra, and some efforts to solve it.
