Kim Yo-jong, the sister of North Korea’s Supreme Leader Kim Jong-un, is the regime’s chief propagandist, internal administrator and foreign policymaker. And as Sung-Yoon Lee details in his book, “The Princess,” she is the most powerful woman in North Korean history and should not to be dismissed or underestimated by the West.
