In late fall, lawmakers in Kenya got a dressing down. The speaker of Kenya’s parliament announced a ban on certain forms of clothing, including a suit popularized by former President of Zambia Kenneth Kaunda. The ban caused some controversy in Kenya, especially because the suit has become a favorite of the country’s president.
