Kenya’s president, who ran on the promise of alleviating economic suffering of Kenyans, has turned to increasing taxes as a way of bringing in more revenue. Kenyans say these taxes are hurting the country’s poorest amid already harsh economic times. The World’s Africa Correspondent Halima Gikandi reports from Nairobi.
