Libya is expected to hold elections in late December, but some analysts are cautioning that the elections might not bring stability to the country. The World’s Marco Werman spoke with Emaddedin Badi, a senior fellow with the Atlantic Council, about what’s at stake in Libya and why elections might not be the be-all-end-all of solutions.
