Japanese humanitarian killed in Afghanistan

The World

Foreign aid workers come and go in Afghanistan, but Japanese humanitarian Dr. Tetsu Nakamura was different. He stayed for decades. But this Wednesday a gunman opened fire on Nakamura’s car as he was driving to work in the Afghan city of Jalalabad. Nakamura and five of his Afghan colleagues were shot dead. Host Marco Werman speaks with Lotfullah Najafizada, the head of TOLO News in Kabul, about Nakamura.
