Japan celebrates ‘Mundane Halloween’

This weekend, many in Japan participated in something called “Jimi Halloween,” which translates roughly to “Mundane Halloween.” It’s an annual tradition started by a Japanese website in 2014, where people dress up to represent some specific mundane situation, complete with key props. The World’s host Marco Werman shares some of his favorites from this year’s social media display.
