Israelis head to the polls yet again for a 4th national election 

Israel will hold on Tuesday its fourth national election in two years after Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu backed out of an agreement to rotate the position of prime minister. Host Marco Werman gets the latest from The World’s Ariel Oseran in Tel Aviv.
