The Israeli government began this week tracking the cellphones of confirmed and suspected COVID-19 patients by the Shin Bet security services. While the purpose is to warn potential victims and to enforce quarantine orders, the government bypassed the necessary approval of the Israeli parliament, causing much criticism. Host Marco Herman speaks with Keren Elazari, a cybersecurity researcher at Tel Aviv University.
