Is the US overstating China threat?

Congressional leaders sparred with TikTok CEO Shou Zi Chew in Washington on Thursday. Chew was on Capitol Hill to discuss TikTok’s data security. It comes at a time when the US is considering banning the social media platform that is used by over 150 million Americans. But is the US a little too concerned with threats emerging from China? The World’s Carol Hills spoke with Professor David Kang who believes the US is overstating China’s threat as a global adversary.
